To keep Merrimac’s Town-Wide Yard Sale safe, organized, and fair for everyone, all yard sales held during the official event weekend must be registered with the Town of Merrimac, as required by town bylaws.

The Town of Merrimac requires a permit for all yard sales. By participating in the Town-Wide Yard Sale, your application and waiver are included under a single, master permit.
If you choose not to complete this paperwork, you will need to obtain an individual permit for your yard sale.
The $10 participation fee helps cover the cost of printing maps for local distribution and supports Merrimac Old Home Days
No. You may choose to participate on Saturday, Sunday, or both days.
