This event is an outside rain or shine event. All fees are non-refundable. All crafters and vendors are responsible for supplying his/her own display (i.e. tents, chairs, tables etc). All tables need to be covered to the ground. Unfortunately, there will be no electricity or tables available the day of the fair. We will try, within reason, to meet any special request or needs of all crafters and vendors. If you wish to be near another crafter or vendor, or if you have a disability that requires special consideration, please make a notation on your application. Publicity will include local newspapers, cable station, posters and flyers, and social media. Food concessions and restrooms will be available throughout the event. Merrimac Old Home Days Committee or the town of Merrimac is not liable for any injury, loss or damage.
